New build two-storey house

This bespoke 200 M² two-storey house entails 3 bedrooms, a double garage and an upstairs open living area which leads out to the upstairs deck looking out to ocean views. This has been developed closely with the client to suit their lifestyle and requirements within the site. This project is now in the early stages of construction.

This custom-design self-contained unit features an open plan living dining and kitchen area which opens out to the outdoor north-facing deck area. The bedroom in the sleepout has an adjoining ensuite with laundry facilities. This project is currently in the concept phase being developed. The below image shows one of the concept solutions proposed.

This house features louvres and a large roof overhang for solar control and shelter/privacy. The below images show a solar study which is done to help reduce the sun's heat entering the building in the summer periods and to utilise more solar energy in the winter.
